Step 1: Select a Species

Select a single species from the list. The list can be ordered alphabetically or taxonomically by clicking on the appropriate radio button below the list.

Step 2: Select a BCR/ Feature Combination

For each species selected the BCRs that have sufficient information to generate the partial dependency plots become available. A user can select a result that plots the results for all BCRs, or can select a subset BCRs. Additionally; the user can choose all features or a subset of those features.

Step 3: Select Ranking Measure

We use three ranking measures to order the results of the analysis. For a description of what these measures are click here.

Step 4: Select Dependencies of Interest

If the Plot by Ranking tab was chosen at this point you can select the partial dependency result of interest to be plotted. The results are ranked from most to least significance.
